Barclays payment issue

We are currently aware of an issue affecting customers who use a Barclays card and have a house name in their address. Transactions may be rejected by the bank at this time. If you have an alternative payment card available, please use this instead.

Please note, to complete your registration you will be required to top up your Pluxee Card with a minimum of £10.00. This is available for you to spend once the card has been received and activated.

If you register with a personal email address, it can take up to 7 days as this will need approval.

Password must meet the following requirements:

At least one lowercase letter
At least one capital letter
At least one number
At least one special character (e.g.: @$#!-.,&*...)
Be at least 12 characters
Must not contain the username
The first character should be a letter or a number

Cost

Your card will cost £9.99 when you register.

Earn cashback straight away. When you register you will be asked to top up a minimum of £10. You can spend this as soon as you receive and activate your Pluxee Card.
